Are you a registered NDIS provider?
Yes, absolutely. Eternal Disability Care is a fully registered NDIS provider. This means we meet strict government quality and safety standards, giving you peace of mind that you are receiving safe, professional, and compliant support.
Can I choose my own support worker?
We believe the relationship is just as important as the task. We don’t just assign a worker, we match you based on shared interests, personality, and cultural needs. You will always have the opportunity to meet your potential support worker beforehand to ensure it’s a good fit.
Do you have vacancies in your SIL or SDA homes?
We have a range of Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) homes across the state. Availability changes quickly, so the best step is to contact our team. We carefully assess housemate compatibility to ensure a harmonious and happy home environment.
What happens if I don't get along with my support worker?
Your comfort is our priority. If you feel that a match isn’t quite right, you can tell us without any awkwardness. We will listen to your feedback and arrange a replacement support worker immediately. You are always in control of who enters your home.
Do you charge out-of-pocket fees?
Generally, no. We adhere strictly to the NDIS Price Guide. As long as you have the appropriate funding in your NDIS plan for the requested services, there are no “gap fees” or hidden costs for you to pay personally.
How quickly can you start services?
We understand that sometimes you need support urgently. For core supports and community access, we can often onboard new participants and start services within 24–48 hours. For housing (SIL/SDA), the process takes a little longer to ensure the right match.
